These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TripGuide mobile application and any related websites, features, or services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Syazan OU (“TripGuide,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the Terms or the Privacy Policy, do not use the Services.
1. Ownership and License
All content within the Services—including text, images, graphics, software, and other materials—is owned by Syazan OU or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our written consent.
2. Travel Content and Recommendations
TripGuide helps users generate travel routes based on personal interests. Information, recommendations, and tips provided within the app are for general informational purposes only and should not be considered official travel advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or safety of any location or suggestion in the app. Users should independently verify details such as visa rules, safety regulations, and travel advisories.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your device secure and ensuring proper usage of the Services. You agree not to use the app for illegal or harmful activities, and not to interfere with the app’s operation or backend systems. We do not recommend using the app on modified devices (e.g., jailbroken or rooted phones), as this may affect performance and security.
4. Subscriptions and Fees
TripGuide offers paid plans that unlock additional features such as premium route generation and offline access:
Weekly Plan: 7 days, auto-renews unless cancelled.
Monthly Plan: 30 days, auto-renews unless cancelled.
Annual Plan: 365 days, auto-renews unless cancelled.
The subscription price will be shown in the app before purchase. Payments are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in your account settings.
5. Third-Party Services
TripGuide may integrate services like Google Analytics, Firebase, and third-party maps. These services are governed by their own Terms and Privacy Policies, which you also agree to.

6. Internet and Data Charges
An active internet connection is required to use many features of TripGuide. Data charges may apply depending on your mobile provider’s terms. 7. Device Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring your device remains functional and charged. Syazan OU is not responsible for any interruptions in service due to hardware or operating system issues on your device.
8. Modifications and Updates
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time without notice. Some updates may be required for continued use. We do not guarantee the app will always be compatible with future versions of your operating system.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of information, or that your use of the Services will meet your expectations. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Syazan OU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, profit, or travel-related costs.
11. Governing Law
Unless required otherwise by local laws, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted in the app or on our website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
